A: The pet hair or something will block filter sponge so it is going to reduce the pump power. You want to clean the pump’s Rotors & filter sponge with water, take off pet hair or something that blocks the pump and adjust the pump adjustment tab to the maximum(if the pump works strongly and results in leaking water, You’ll choose the suitable value between min and max)

A: Put it in the notch and then you won’t see the light.
